- Initial meeting

- Bid project according to customer specifications

- Have pre-construction meeting with customer

- Get architectural drawings completed

- Complete necessary engineering

- Submit permit with local jurisdiction

- Order material and Commence construction

- Order all necessary inspections as needed, including final inspection

- At completion of construction, do a walk through with customer and complete any necessary items
